Maryhaven's supportive work department assists placement activities as they relate to individuals and staff.
Responsibilities will include:
Assisting individuals with disabilities to learn and accurately carry out job duties. The Job coach will provide one-on-one training tailored to the needs of the individual they are coaching. The Job Coach will assist individuals with job readiness, job search and employment skills.

- BA degree in psychology/health services field, and/or the foreign equivalent of such a degree, and one year experience.
- High school diploma/ GED required, 1-2 years experience working with individuals with MR/DD.
- Maintain a valid NYS drivers license and own a vehicle.
